| Daubert Design was founded in Omaha, Nebraska by Doug Daubert.
In 1995, Doug was introduced to the Internet while working on a Masters degree. A mentor suggested Doug do something radically different when publishing his work: an interactive computer based thesis. In addition to a hard bound copy, Doug submitted an HTML version of his thesis on CD-ROM that could be viewed in a web browser. He was hooked! Realizing the great communication tool the Internet could be, Doug became very involved in the design and construction of many web sites through his work as a computer consultant/trainer and later as a university administrator. Doug was honored to serve on the university web site committee and was one of the first directors to hire a dedicated student web master.
